$64M multi-family housing project featuring 125 units across 7 stories, totaling 126,855 square feet. Commitments to project funders and challenging site conditions, including a steep slope and environmental buffer, required careful early coordination with the client, jurisdictional authorities, consultants and contractors.
ROLE: Project Manager | SD-DD Phase | 2020 - 2021
As a member of the original design team, conducted feasibility studies and participated in design exercises
Researched and generated design alternates in response to changes in programming
Worked closely with the Senior PM to develop and monitor the workplan and schedule for deliverables
Provided design guidance and oversight of the work of the project architect and design team members
Managed construction document production, conducted QA/QC reviews and produced drawings
Coordinated the work of consultants
